Williams was crowned on Emancipation Day and will serve as Jamaica's newest cultural ambassador, representing the country's heritage and cultural traditions throughout her reign.
Dr. Melissa Flinch of Manchester was named first runner-up, while Danielle Cox, representing Kingston and St. Andrew, secured the second runner-up position.
Williams also dominated the sectional awards, taking home prizes for Most Culturally Aware, Most Active in the Community, Most Poised, and Best in Gown.
The 28-year-old attorney-at-law is a development advisor and serves as Head of Information Privacy and Protection at the Jamaica National Heritage Trust.
Before claiming the national title, Williams was crowned Portland Festival Queen and outlined plans to expand her "Path to Purpose" initiative, which aims to support 20,000 young Jamaicans through education, leadership, entrepreneurship and community service.
Speaking about her vision, Williams said she hopes to use the Festival Queen platform to promote Jamaican culture while creating more opportunities for young people across the island.
Her victory is also historic for Portland, marking the parish's first Miss Jamaica Festival Queen title in 27 years.
Prime Minister Andrew Holness congratulated Williams and the other finalists in a post on Facebook.
"Congratulations to Christina Williams on being crowned our Miss Jamaica Festival Queen 2026! I also want to extend my heartfelt congratulations to First Runner-Up, Dr. Melissa Flinch, representing Manchester, and Second Runner-Up, Danielle Cox, representing Kingston and St. Andrew," Holness wrote.
During the coronation, Williams received congratulations from the wife of the Prime Minister, Juliet Holness, who presented her with the crown following the competition.
The Miss Jamaica Festival Queen competition remains one of the country's premier cultural pageants, celebrating leadership, community service, cultural awareness and parish pride while selecting an ambassador to represent Jamaica's rich heritage nationally and internationally.
