As a result of this decline, Jamaica's women's team has lost ground on CONCACAF rival Mexico, who climbed four places to 31st with 1668 points. Meanwhile, other CONCACAF teams like the United States slipped to fourth place despite their Women’s Gold Cup triumph, while Canada moved up one place to ninth.

World champions Spain maintains their position


At the top of the rankings, world champions Spain maintains their position, followed by England and France in second and third, respectively. Germany, Sweden, Japan, Netherlands, and Brazil complete the top 10.

Other CONCACAF teams also experienced changes in their rankings, with Costa Rica slipping one place to 44th, Haiti dropping two places to 53rd, Panama holding firm at 55th, and Trinidad and Tobago climbing one place to 77th.

Guatemala remained steady at 80th, while Puerto Rico made a significant leap of 18 places to their best-ever ranking of 85th. However, Guyana and Cuba both slipped three places to 90th and 92nd, respectively, with El Salvador rounding out the top 100 at 97th.
