Jamaica’s tourism minister champions ideas as catalysts for tourism innovation

The Economic Impact of Tourism Innovation
Highlighting the significant contributions of the tourism sector to the Jamaican economy, Bartlett shared that the value-added component of tourism was responsible for 11 per cent of the sector’s 2.9 per cent growth last year.
With an ambitious goal to generate US$5 billion in earnings by 2025, the minister expressed optimism about the potential of innovation to elevate the economic landscape of Jamaica.
