Former young minister Andrice Cheriza killed in Haiti

PORT AU PINCE, Haiti, The Communication Directorate of the Office of the Organization of the Young United Nations of Africa in Haiti (BOJNUAH), has condemned the murder of one of its members on Friday.

Police said that Andrice Cheriza, a former young minister in charge of relations with Parliament, was shot dead near the “Guérite” market in downtown Port-au-Prince, by unidentified individuals.

The father of a 21 days old baby, Cheriza was the President of the Foundation that bears his name whose main focus is education and the social.

“He had the ambition to run for the next parliamentary elections for the constituency Milot deputy” said the former Young President of Haiti, Amos Cincir, who is the current Special Representative in charge of BOJNUAH.

BONJNUAH in deploring the murder, said it was extending condolences to Cheiza’s family as well to the Haitian society in general.
