Broward County Transit (BCT) has announced a comprehensive transportation plan to help soccer fans travel to and from 2026 FIFA World Cup matches at Miami Stadium, offering low-cost and free transit options designed to avoid heavy traffic and high parking costs.
The transit agency is partnering with Miami-Dade Transit, Tri-Rail and Brightline to provide a regional transportation network connecting Broward County residents and visitors to World Cup action throughout the tournament.
Among the services being offered is the Amerant Bank Arena Express, a fare-free shuttle service available exclusively to fans with verified match tickets. The direct express buses will operate between Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise and Miami Stadium in Miami Gardens. The arena can be accessed through several existing BCT routes, including Routes 22, 36 and 72.
BCT will also operate two Breeze routes for $2 each way. The 441 Breeze will depart from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood and connect passengers to the Golden Glades Multimodal Transit Center, where they can transfer to a dedicated stadium shuttle. The route is accessible via BCT Routes 15, 18 and 441.
Meanwhile, the 102 Breeze will operate from the BCT West Regional Terminal in Plantation to Calder Casino in Miami Gardens, where passengers can connect to another dedicated stadium shuttle. The terminal is served by BCT Routes 2, 12, 22, 30, 81 and 88.
Officials emphasized that express bus service is reserved exclusively for verified World Cup ticket holders and that advance reservations are required. Fans can reserve seats through the BCT soccer transportation portal.
The agency noted that parking at both the West Regional Terminal and Amerant Bank Arena will be free of charge. In addition, BCT passes will be available for visitors planning to use the transit system over multiple days.
For World Cup match days, express services between Amerant Bank Arena and Miami Stadium will begin operating four hours before kickoff and continue for three hours after each game to facilitate a smooth return trip for fans.
Service will be available for the June 21 group-stage match between Uruguay and Cabo Verde, the June 27 match featuring Colombia and Portugal, the July 11 quarterfinal, and the July 18 third-place playoff.
BCT officials said the transportation plan is intended to provide a convenient, affordable and efficient alternative to driving as South Florida prepares to host thousands of soccer fans during the World Cup.
