Broward County will host a series of free public watch parties as part of its preparations for the 2026 World Cup, offering residents and visitors a chance to experience international soccer in a large-scale, family-friendly setting.

Branded under the theme “One Game, One Passion, Broward County,” the initiative is being organized in partnership with the Florida Panthers Association and will take place at Amerant Bank Arena.

Officials said the program is intended to bring together residents, visitors, businesses and soccer fans for four major match screenings, with free admission and parking for attendees.

“Broward County is proud to help bring the excitement of international soccer to our community,” said Broward County Mayor Mark D. Bogen. “These watch parties create an opportunity for residents, visitors, and local businesses to come together and experience the energy of this historic event right here in Broward County.”

The watch parties will feature pregame activities outside the arena, including food trucks, face painting, inflatables and games. Gates are scheduled to open two hours before kickoff, with arena doors opening one hour before each match.

The confirmed schedule includes:

  • June 12, 2026 — USA vs. Paraguay (9 p.m.)
  • June 27, 2026 — Colombia vs. Portugal (7:30 p.m.)
  • July 11, 2026 — Quarterfinals (5 p.m.)
  • July 19, 2026 — Final (3 p.m.)

Tickets will be available through SeatGeek.com and AmerantBankArena.com, with residents able to reserve up to six tickets per event.

To support transportation, Broward County Transit will offer special Park & Ride service, with designated locations including Miramar, Sheridan Park and Broward Boulevard. Officials said drop-off for watch party shuttles will be at Gate 7 of the arena.

Additional transit links will connect residents to World Cup transportation hubs serving matches in Miami Gardens, including routes from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, West Regional Terminal and the arena.

“This is an exciting opportunity for Broward County soccer fans, families and businesses to take part in this global celebration close to home,” said Vice Mayor Robert McKinzie. “We are proud to support experiences that bring our community together while showcasing all that Broward County has to offer.”

Officials are also encouraging local businesses to host their own viewing events using a community toolkit and public viewing portal designed to guide legal match streaming and event setup.

Residents and businesses can find updates at Broward.org/WorldCup2026.
