Where to celebrate Fourth of July across South Florida

Sunrise – “The Great Outdoors” Celebration

📍 City Park & Amerant Bank Arena
🕘 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Parade & Family Fun)
🕕 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Concert featuring Paradigm Party Band)

The City of Sunrise goes all out with its annual July 4th event, starting with a morning parade along Sunset Strip and a family fun day featuring a splash pad, inflatable water slides, rock wall, and local food vendors. The evening continues at Amerant Bank Arena with live music and entertainment, along with more activities for kids. Admission and parking are free.


Hialeah – Independence Day Celebration at Milander Park

📍 4800 Palm Ave, Hialeah
🕓 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

This major gathering features live performances, a large stage setup, and coverage by Telemundo 51. Expect a strong community turnout, a range of food and drink vendors, and a vibrant atmosphere. Entry is free, but attendees are advised to arrive early for parking.

Downtown Miami – Bayfront Park Celebration

📍 301 Biscayne Blvd, Miami
🕓 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Bayfront Park, which turns 100 this year, is throwing a party that blends tradition and spectacle. The lineup includes live music from Orlando Mendez, the U.S. Navy Band, and others; a classic car and military vehicle showcase; a dunk tank featuring city officials; and food vendors offering July 4th favorites. Attendees who RSVP will receive a free American flag on arrival.


Miami Beach – Patriotic Concert at Lummus Park

The Miami Music Festival Symphonic Orchestra and Alumni Division Singers will headline this free beachfront concert. Located on the iconic Ocean Drive, the event combines classical music with patriotic themes in a scenic setting. Visitors are encouraged to reserve seats at nearby restaurants and be mindful of traffic changes when exiting the area.


Lauderhill – Pre-Independence Day Drone Light Show (July 2)

📍 Lauderhill Sports Park, 7500 W. Oakland Park Blvd

Lauderhill kicks things off early with a high-tech twist—an evening drone show in place of traditional fireworks. The family-friendly event includes food trucks, bounce houses, live music, and more. Free and open to the public.


Tamarac – All American Celebration

📍 Tamarac Sports Complex, 9901 NW 77th Street
🕕 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM
🎶 Live Music by the VAM Band at 7:00 PM

Tamarac’s community celebration includes live music, food trucks, lawn games, arts and crafts, and face painting. On-site parking is limited, so attendees are encouraged to use shuttle services from nearby city facilities. Wear your red, white, and blue and join the fun.


Miramar – Family-Friendly Independence Day Festival

📍 Miramar Regional Park, 16801 Miramar Parkway
🕟 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Miramar’s event promises a packed evening of fun, food, and entertainment for all ages. Note: personal coolers, pets, drones, and fireworks are not allowed. Bring your blankets or chairs and enjoy the festivities in comfort.
