Miami District 3 City Commissioner Rolando Escalona announced the launch of a new Salary Transparency Portal designed to give residents easier access to public employee compensation information and strengthen accountability across city government.
The online platform allows users to search and review salary data through a centralized, user-friendly interface. According to the city, the initiative follows the approval of a resolution introduced by Escalona and adopted by the City Commission.
“Transparency and accountability are essential to building trust between government and the residents we serve,” Escalona said. “This new salary portal gives our community direct access to public information in a way that is clear and easy to navigate.”
