WHO: Miami Rescue Mission I Broward Outreach Centers

WHAT: Great Christmas Outreach – Over 6,000 toys to be given to needy children

Miami Rescue Mission (MRM) – Our Miami outreach main sponsors are Vous Church and TJT Holding and Menendez & Company. A wonderful Christmas luncheon will be served on decorated tables in the street by loving volunteers.

Each family will receive a Christmas tree, family size Mission Hope bags with hygiene products and toys for their children. Toys will be given to over 200 children enrolled at CARE Elementary and in the Miami Rescue Mission Community Activity Center Afterschool Program; over 600 needy families in the community, and all children residing in MRM’s Center for Women and Children. Over 6,000 toys will be given out through all 3 of our campuses.

Broward Outreach Center (BOC): Hollywood – Residents, plus 10-20 needy families, will participate in our celebration and enjoy a delicious Christmas dinner filled with Hope, Love, Peace & Joy this Holiday Season. Our Local Pastor Joel St. Bond will perform holiday music; while individual volunteers will entertain our guest with Carols, Dances & games for the hour. Volunteers & Giving Partners will give out 200 gifts for our residents “Christmas Wish List”; while enjoying a delicious holiday Brunch with the homeless men, women & Children.

Broward Outreach Center (BOC): Pompano – Residents, plus 10-20 needy families, will gather in the pavilion for music and a Christmas message and brunch. DJ King Hype will provide music and entertainment while Santa and his elves (from Structural Prevention System) distribute toys to the children in attendance. Forty volunteers will assist Santa with gifts and Mission Hope Bags. While, Deerfield Beach high school students will entertain our guest with Carols & Dances.
