The promotion highlights the city’s marquee sporting and cultural events, promising a thrilling season filled with world-class athletics, entertainment, and local charm.

From March 25 to the end of April 2025, Kingston—Jamaica’s cultural and sporting epicenter—will come alive with major events, including the ISSA Boys and Girls Championships in March, Grand Slam Track in April, and the electrifying celebrations of Carnival in Jamaica in April. To make travel easier, Expedia and Caribbean Airlines have partnered with the campaign, offering convenient options for visitors eager to join the festivities.

“Kingston is the cultural capital of the Caribbean, and visitors will fall in love with the energy that this season of excitement will provide,” said Minister of Tourism, Hon. Edmund Bartlett. “We welcome the additional visitors who will converge on the capital to enjoy authentic experiences and ultimately contribute to our economy.”

Beyond the headline events, Kingston offers a rich cultural experience, from historical sites and lively nightlife to world-famous Jamaican cuisine and warm hospitality.

Director of Tourism Donovan White also expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “This is a great time to visit Kingston. The city will be filled with energy and excitement, and we are thrilled to partner with the promoters of these high-caliber events to offer special experiences to our visitors.”
