This agreement is mainly used when a party allows you to participate in an event or activity or provides a service, such as a property owner or landlord allowing you to enter their premises or a contractor working on a job.

- Who’s Involved: Clearly write down the names of the people or companies making the agreement. Everyone needs to know who’s agreeing to what.
