She noted that the ‘Ways to Bank’ digital hub exemplifies its dedication to providing innovative and user-friendly banking experiences.

Recent data underscores the hub’s impact, with a notable 27 per cent increase in personal and business online and mobile banking transactions over the past year. 

In contrast, traditional in-branch transactions have decreased by 23 percent year-on-year. 

Boucaud emphasized that the goal is to simplify banking processes for its clients, enabling them to manage their finances effortlessly from any location.

From activating cards to processing bill payments and utilizing the popular 1st Pay online fund transfer service, clients can efficiently navigate their financial activities through this unified platform.
