A carnival welcome

As part of the airline’s annual “Carnival Customer Appreciation” initiative, all arriving passengers were treated to a vibrant taste of carnival culture, courtesy of Caribbean Airlines and its esteemed stakeholder partners, including the National Carnival Commission (NCC), Airports Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (AATT), Tourism Trinidad Limited (TTL), and the Tobago Tourism Agency Limited (TTAL).

Caribbean Airlines brought the essence of the Savannah Stage to Piarco International Airport, where visitors were welcomed by a spectacle of traditional carnival characters, including Moko Jumbies (stilt walkers), Dame Lorraine, Pierrot Grenade, and Fancy Sailors, set against the rhythmic backdrop of steel pan music and tassa drums.

Event host, Patrick, affectionately known as the “HypeMan,” ensured the lively atmosphere persisted, while customers were delighted with live entertainment from the Tunapuna Rhythm Section, further enhancing their carnival experience.

Caribbean Airlines CEO, Garvin Medera congratulates Shane Ram and his daughter Mckenzie Ram, who were lucky bird winners upon their arrival.
