The company’s officials released a statement earlier this week, the company stated that it has resolved maintenance issues and resumed flying its regular schedule.

“LIAT wishes to apologise to all persons who were affected by the disruptions due to unscheduled maintenance issues. The company wishes to reiterate its commitment to the safety and comfort of passengers and crew as it continues to serve its current destinations,” the company said.

Reassurance for travelers

Moreover, the statement also assured travelers that LIAT’s dedicated workforce would go above and beyond to ensure a seamless winter and Christmas travel season for all its valued customers.

LIAT is owned by the governments of Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, St Vincent and the Grenadines, and Dominica.
