The award celebrates top-performing hotels that consistently deliver exceptional service, with Spice Island Beach Resort receiving an impressive 4.8 out of 5 rating based on verified guest reviews. These reviews, certified by the global feedback platform Feefo, are collected from British Airways Holidays customers and reflect ratings in categories such as location, cleanliness, service, and sleep quality.

“At Spice Island Beach Resort, we believe genuine hospitality begins with heartfelt service,” said Janelle Hopkin, President and Managing Director of the resort. “To be recognized by British Airways Holidays customers with such a high rating is both a true honor and a reflection of our team’s dedication to creating extraordinary guest experiences. This award motivates us to keep raising the bar as we redefine Caribbean luxury for a new generation.”

British Airways Holidays, one of the UK’s top tour operators, reviewed over 72,000 independent hotel ratings in 2024. Just 893 properties worldwide received the Customer Excellence Award, highlighting the high standards required to make the cut.

“We are delighted to recognize and celebrate outstanding hotels that share our commitment to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests,” said Andrew Flintham, Managing Director at British Airways Holidays. “This Customer Excellence Award showcases high quality hotels that we are proud to work with, and helps our customers make the right choice for them, so they can fully embrace their time away and take their holidays seriously.”

Spice Island Beach Resort is no stranger to acclaim. In recent months, it has also been recognized by Forbes Vetted, USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards, and Caribbean Journal. The family-owned, AAA Five Diamond-rated resort has built a reputation for blending refined luxury with authentic Caribbean charm.
