A trailblazer in sports marketing and athlete management, Tanya brings a wealth of experience to this role. As the founder and head of LEEP Marketing, she has managed the brands of elite athletes across football, track and field, and motorsports, including Reggae Boyz Captain Andre Blake.

Previously, as Vice President of Marketing at SportsMax, she led campaigns across 31 countries, helping establish the network as the region’s most-watched sports channel. She also spearheaded marketing efforts for global properties such as the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, NBA, multiple FIFA World Cups (2010, 2014, 2018), and the Olympics.

In her role as Ambassador, Tanya will focus on driving sponsorship and funding for the JFF while strengthening ties with stakeholders and supporters. Her commitment to community development is evident in initiatives such as Andre Blake’s goalkeeper clinic and Damion Lowe’s annual Christmas treats.

“It is an honor to serve as a JFF Ambassador,” Tanya said. “I am passionate about football and committed to supporting the teams as they prepare for their various qualifying campaigns.”

JFF General Secretary Dennis Chung welcomed her appointment, stating, “We are thrilled to have Tanya on board as an Ambassador. Her expertise in marketing, sponsorship, and public relations will elevate the JFF brand and inspire greater support from fans and sponsors alike.”

JFF President Michael Ricketts echoed this sentiment, adding, “We are confident that Tanya will be a tremendous asset to the Federation. Her extensive knowledge and experience in the industry will help drive further growth and success in sponsorship and engagement.”
