Montano appeared virtually before San Fernando Magistrate Armina Deonarinesingh after being accused by WPC Sadar-Seenarine of the Fraud Squad with forging of a Trinidad and Tobago Driver's Permit and uttering a forged Trinidad and Tobago Driver's Permit.
The hearing has been rescheduled until October 19.
Ms. Montano was subsequently arrested and brought to the Gasparillo Police Station.
