Sint Maarten Police issue public appeal for missing Jamaican national

The Sint Maarten Police Force has initiated a public plea for assistance in the disappearance of Jereth Dave Thomas, a 51-year-old Jamaican national.

He has been missing since Wednesday, January 3, 2024. 

Reports are that on Saturday, January 6 a concerned family member of Thomas went to the police station in Philipsburg and filed a missing person report.

Thomas’ family is uncertain about the clothing he was wearing at that time.   

He was residing at Richards Drive 5, in Middle Region on Sint Maarten. He is described as approximately 1.80 metres tall, with a thin frame and a dark brown skin complexion. 

A plea for information

The Sint Maarten Police Force is seeking information that could help unravel the circumstances surrounding Thomas’ disappearance.
