The Ministry of National Security emphasized that only two official government channels should be used to obtain travel authorizations: the official portal at www.knatravelform.kn and the “e-Border – St. Kitts & Nevis” mobile app, available for free on both iOS and Android. No other platforms are endorsed or recognized by the government.
Authorities say third-party sites and agents charging for “eTA processing,” “e-Visas,” or “expedited services” are fraudulent and may compromise travelers’ personal and financial information. Use of such services could result in invalid documentation and denial of entry.
Using the official channels guarantees secure biometric data submission, valid documentation, and access to the new Fast-Track Biometric Corridor, operational since June 2, 2025. Citizens and residents of Saint Kitts and Nevis, along with OECS and CARICOM nationals, are exempt from service charges.
Travelers are advised to bookmark only the official website and verify the app’s developer as the Government of Saint Kitts and Nevis before downloading.
The warning comes as part of the government’s broader rollout of the SKN e-Border Management System, launched this month to modernize entry procedures with digital authorizations and contactless biometric processing that meet international standards.
