Applications for the Dream Homes Lottery were accepted from July 24 to August 7, 2024, and a total of 23,483 applications were submitted successfully.

This lottery gives Miami-Dade County residents the opportunity to purchase one of two newly constructed homes located at 15300 SW 296 Street, Miami, FL 33033. Each home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The drawing will select ten applicants from those who submitted their entries online during the application period, using a computer-generated random selection process to ensure fairness.

These ten selected applicants will be ranked from 1 to 10. Applicants ranked #1 and #2 will move on to the financing and closing process of homeownership. If either of them is unable to secure financing within the specified time, the next ranked applicant will be considered, continuing this process until both homes are sold.

For more information on the sales portion of the process, visit www.miamidade.gov/housing/dreamhomes.
