The City of Sunrise is partnering with Feeding South Florida to bring free food resources to members of the community. Food distribution events take place on Wednesdays - including tomorrow, May 20th - beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Sunrise Tennis Club (9605 W Oakland Park Boulevard).

Each Feeding South Florida event provides residents with up to a week’s worth of groceries – typically including dairy, meat and produce items. This free food is distributed by City staff via drive-thru service only.

If you are unable to participate in our event, you'll find a weekly list of other food distribution events on the Feeding South Florida website: https://feedingsouthflorida.org/covid19/.

Residents who need assistance are also encouraged to call Sunrise’s Compassionate Call Center to be connected with resources and information. Call (954) 746-3670 on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., or email CompassionOfficer@sunrisefl.gov
