St. John’s, Antigua – In a strategic move poised to bolster cricketing excellence, Dwaine Gill, a seasoned administrator and former Cricket West Indies (CWI) director, has been named the organization’s new High-Performance Manager, succeeding Graeme West, who stepped down on September 30.

Formerly the president of both the Windward Islands Cricket Board and the Grenada Cricket Association, his administrative acumen has been instrumental in shaping regional cricket.
