A three-day conference Caribbean Energies and Investment Summit commenced yesterday in Barbados.
The summit is being attended by delegates from several Caribbean countries and further afield.
It emerges at a time when the small island states of the Caribbean are navigating the complex maze of sustainable economic growth and development amidst global environmental and energy concerns.
