American Airlines expands winter routes to the Caribbean and Latin America

In a bid to fortify its short-haul international network, American Airlines is set to introduce eight new routes and boost service frequency, solidifying its position as the leading US carrier in the region.

Among the highlights of American’s expansion is its debut service to a new destination and the addition of seven fresh routes to its extensive network.
Notably, American Airlines stands out as the sole major US airline catering to St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVD) and will exclusively fly to La Romana, Dominican Republic (LRM).
These additions further augment American’s portfolio, which already boasts over 20 destinations in the region with unrivaled nonstop connectivity from the US.
