Traci Leann Culiver-Sanchez, 60, was arrested again this week and charged with additional counts of theft as investigators continue to uncover more alleged victims.

Culiver-Sanchez and her husband, Steven Carl Sanchez, 54, were previously arrested earlier this year on charges of grand theft and selling travel services without registration to a terrorist state.

Authorities said the couple operated Majestic Seas Charters and Majestic Seas Luxury Charters, advertising trips to Cuba that were ultimately cancelled — with no refunds issued.

In one case, victims reportedly paid $4,000 each for a December 2024 trip to Cuba, only to have the plans fall apart after the couple showed up late to Miami International Airport, causing the group to miss their flight. Even after rebooking, the trip was later cancelled, and the travelers never got their money back.

As the investigation continued, more victims came forward, claiming they had also booked fishing charter trips through the company that were cancelled without refunds.

Culiver-Sanchez was booked into the Monroe County Jail on Wednesday. The sheriff’s office said the investigation remains ongoing.
