Fort Lauderdale Police Department cadets recognized at Academy graduation

The Fort Lauderdale Police Department proudly announces seven of their police cadets have graduated from Broward College’s Institute of Public Safety Police Academy. At Thursday’s (March 14) graduation ceremony, a number of the cadets earned prestigious awards and commendations.

The awards and those awarded were:
Honor Medallion – Cadet R. Bouchelle
Physical Fitness Award – Cadet J. Hoffman
Firearms Proficiency Award – Cadet I. Peña
Frankie Shivers Award – Cadet M. Sandelier
Academy Class 321 President – Cadet A. Williams
Academy Class 321 Treasurer – Cadet Q. Wright
Academy Class 321 Company Commander – Cadet R. Bouchelle
Runner-Up Acknowledgements:
Firearms Proficiency Award – Cadet R. Bouchelle
Academic Award – Cadet R. Bouchelle
