A fresh chapter unfolds
This week marks a significant milestone for Pepsi-Cola Jamaica as it unveiled a state-of-the-art production facility with an impressive US$30 million investment.
This ambitious project, completed within the remarkable span of eight months, catapults the company’s production capacity by an astounding 60 per cent, and in parallel, bolsters employment opportunities by a commendable 20 per cent.
Looking ahead
Reports are that the company is poised to not only meet existing demand but also rekindle the production of certain cherished products, including the much-loved 500ml Pepsi Bubbla. This revitalized production capacity promises to further delight loyal customers.
During the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Prime Minister Andrew Holness praised Pepsi-Cola Jamaica’s investment, emphasizing its capacity to establish Jamaica as a central hub for the Caribbean.
