Popular American Rapper Meek Mill shared his interest in working with the Bahamian Government to build a music school in the country.
The 35-year-old artiste whose real name is Robert Rihmeek Williams, revealed his plan in a tweet and asked his fans to help him connect him with the island’s Prime Minister Philip “Brave” Davis.
Meek Mill said that he wants to teach those in the Bahamas how to record and set up small studios the way it is done in America.
Prime Minister Phillip Davis saw the tweet and expressed his willingness to work with the rapper.
“Our administration is always open to discussing ways to advance our orange economy, invest in Bahamians, and empower our young people,” the prime minister said in his response to Meek Mill on Twitter.
