Caribbean Airlines introduces daily flights between Montego Bay and Fort Lauderdale

Just days after reintroducing its Kingston-to-Fort Lauderdale route, Caribbean Airlines has announced the addition of daily flights between Montego Bay and Fort Lauderdale starting March 7, 2025.

Currently, the Kingston-to-Fort Lauderdale route operates three times a week—on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. However, as of March 7, 2025, this service will also expand to daily flights, providing greater flexibility and connectivity for travelers between Jamaica and South Florida.

The new schedule offers seamless travel options from both Kingston and Montego Bay to Fort Lauderdale, reflecting Caribbean Airlines’ commitment to responding to customer feedback. Tickets for the Montego Bay-to-Fort Lauderdale route went on sale on December 20, 2024, with the first flight scheduled to depart on March 7.

Caribbean Airlines CEO Garvin Medera emphasized the airline’s dedication to connecting the Caribbean, stating:

“Our reintroduction of reliable frequencies between Jamaica and Florida underscores our commitment to our stakeholders. These flights will significantly contribute to the bolstering of leisure and business markets, giving travelers options when they fly. We look forward to welcoming passengers onboard to experience a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.”

Travelers can book tickets for the new Montego Bay-to-Fort Lauderdale route via Caribbean Airlines’ website, the Reservations Sales Call Centre, Ticket Offices, and travel agents.
