  • 118 berths: These will accommodate vessels up to 260 feet in length.
  • Five-star hotel: The development will house a 62-key hotel, which will be operated by a prestigious luxury brand from New York.
  • Beachfront villas: A total of 18 villas will be situated directly on the beach.
  • Future expansion: There are plans to expand the development further, potentially adding 18 upland villas and 45 additional residences.

Port Nimara is set to be a luxury hub with extensive amenities and upscale accommodations, offering a blend of maritime facilities and high-end hospitality in a sought-after Caribbean location.

Port Nimara is expected to significantly boost the local economy, generating 200 direct jobs and around 500 indirect jobs in sectors including hospitality, maritime services, retail, and support roles.

David Mizrahi, Managing Partner of Development and CEO of SF Investments, stated, “Our goal is to create a world-class maritime destination that not only honors Anguilla’s natural beauty but also drives the island into a new era of economic growth and opportunity.”

Construction company Consigli will collaborate with SF Marina to build the Port Nimara facility in Anguilla. The development will feature a variety of amenities, including a yacht club, customs and immigration services, a waterfront promenade, advanced security systems, and maintenance services, ensuring a world-class experience for both visitors and boat owners.

In addition to the marina, Anguilla’s airport will undergo a major upgrade. The runway will be extended to 7,800 feet to accommodate both private jets and commercial flights from major U.S. destinations. The expansion will also include the creation of a VIP FBO terminal, enhancing the island’s appeal to high-end travelers.

Strategically located, Port Nimara is 26 nautical miles from Gustavia in Saint Barthélemy and just 11 nautical miles from Sint Maarten International Airport, positioning it as a key maritime hub in the Caribbean. With these developments, Port Nimara is set to become a leading destination for luxury yachting and international tourism.
