Lieutenant John Colucci, commanding officer of Coast Guard Cutter William Trump, credited the operations to the coordinated efforts of several US agencies and international partners.
These included Joint Interagency Task Force South, US Customs and Border Protection, the Coast Guard Southeast District and regional partners across the Caribbean.
Colucci praised the crew's handling of what he described as a high-risk mission.
He said the operations prevented illegal drugs from reaching the United States and disrupted transnational criminal organizations operating across the Western Hemisphere.
The Coast Guard said the seizures form part of its ongoing efforts to intercept illegal narcotics before they reach American communities and disrupt the criminal networks responsible for trafficking them.
