The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) said the threats were received through different mediums and concerned several government and public facilities.
The locations named in the reports were:
- Arima Magistrates’ Court
- Princes Town Magistrates’ Court
- Chaguanas Magistrates’ Court
- Kent House, Ministry of Rural Development and Local Government
- Siparia Magistrates’ Court
- Sangre Grande Magistrates’ Court
- Valpark Shopping Plaza
The TTPS said it immediately activated relevant security protocols, heightened its security posture and deployed officers to conduct necessary checks at the affected locations.
Investigations into the reports are ongoing.
