Phillips has earned 12 caps for the Trinidad and Tobago men's national team since making his international debut three years ago. He was recently part of the squad during the CONCACAF qualifiers for the FIFA 2026 World Cup, adding valuable international experience to his resume.

Stevenage finished ninth in the 24-team League 1 table last season, accumulating 71 points with 19 wins, 13 losses, and 14 draws. The club looks to strengthen its squad with Phillips as they aim for a higher finish in the upcoming season.
