Jamaican hitmaker Shenseea continues to make waves in global entertainment, this time landing a coveted spot on the official soundtrack of the upcoming Smurfs movie, alongside megastars Rihanna, Tyla, Cardi B, and DJ Khaled.
Her track, It’s My Party, is one of 14 featured songs on the soundtrack, which is set for release on June 13. It joins a high-powered lineup that includes Friend of Mine by Rihanna—who also stars as Smurfette and serves as a producer—Everything Goes With Blue by Tyla, and Higher Love featuring DESI TRILL, DJ Khaled, Cardi B, Natania, and Subhi.
The Smurfs film, slated for release on July 18, follows the beloved blue characters as they venture into the real world to rescue Papa Smurf, voiced by John Goodman, from the clutches of dark wizards Gargamel and Razamel.
