The resort company will begin reopening three properties in Negril on Aug. 25, followed by two resorts in Montego Bay on Sept. 15. The returning properties are part of the Marriott portfolio, with reservations now available for stays beginning on each resort’s reopening date.
The first phase includes Royalton Negril, the adults-only Hideaway at Royalton Negril and Grand Lido Negril, an adults-only clothing-optional resort. The second phase will reopen Royalton Blue Waters Montego Bay and Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters.
Royalton said guests can expect refreshed public spaces, updated accommodations and new experiences across its Jamaica resorts.
Three resorts return to Negril
Royalton’s Negril properties offer three different all-inclusive experiences designed for a range of travelers.
Royalton Negril serves as the family-friendly centerpiece, offering spacious suites, upgraded Diamond Club accommodations, multiple dining options, pools, children’s programming and entertainment.
The adults-only Hideaway at Royalton Negril provides a more private atmosphere with exclusive areas and amenities for couples and groups traveling without children.
Grand Lido Negril offers a smaller, more intimate adults-only experience with a clothing-optional setting and a collection of suites designed for guests seeking greater privacy.
The resorts are located near Negril’s famous Seven Mile Beach, known for its white sand, calm waters and legendary Caribbean sunsets.
Montego Bay resorts return in September
The second phase of Royalton’s reopening will focus on Montego Bay, Jamaica’s tourism hub known for its beaches, golf courses, restaurants, nightlife and international airport connections.
Royalton Blue Waters Montego Bay and Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters will welcome guests beginning Sept. 15, offering both family-friendly and adults-only vacation options.
Royalton said preliminary images of renovated guest accommodations show refreshed interiors across several categories, including family suites, Diamond Club rooms and higher-end suites and villas.
With the reopening of its five Jamaica properties ahead of the fall and winter travel seasons, Royalton is positioning the island as a key destination for travelers seeking all-inclusive Caribbean escapes.
