PBC Building Division South County Permitting Office Closed
PALM BEACH COUNTY - Due to health and safety concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic, the Palm Beach County Building Division’s South County Permitting Office will be closed until further notice, effective March 31, 2020.

The majority of permit types that were previously submitted in the South County office are now able to be submitted via the online system https://www.pbcgov.org/ePZB.Admin.WebSPA/#/login, and more permit types are being added to the system frequently.

If you have previously submitted plans at the South County location, they may be picked up at the Palm Beach County Vista Center office, 2300 N. Jog Road, West Palm Beach, or if you are unable to do so, you may contact the Building Division at 561-233-5101 to request an alternate delivery plan.
