Lauderhill’s 4th Annual Beer-B-Q to be hosted on Veteran’s Day

In a collaboration between the Lauderhill Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and The City of Lauderhill, the 4th Annual Beer-B-Q on 38th Avenue will be held on Veteran’s Day, Saturday, November 11.

This free outdoor event is slated to kick off at 6 pm.

The event will include food trucks, craft breweries, full liquor bars, vendors, lawn games, live music, and more.

A star-studded musical lineup takes center stage

The Beer-B-Q Food and Music Fest will feature musical performances by R&B, soul, and neo-soul sensations Lyfe Jennings and Sunshine Anderson.

Adding to the lineup is the legendary Hip Hop artiste Mr. Cheeks, renowned for his contributions to the iconic musical group Lost Boyz.

There will be performances from Ronnie V.O.P, Blade Martin accompanied by the Sons of David Band, and Notefication.

The event will be hosted by stand-up comedian and actor Pierre Edwards, recognized for his roles in classic films like “B.A.P.S.” and “Def Jam’s How to Be A Player.”

Culinary delights abound

There will also be an array of dishes to offer with local BBQ pit-masters, vendors, and restaurateurs who will dish out culinary delights.

As the festivities coincide with Veterans Day, a panel of military Veterans will have the honor of determining the recipient of the “Lauderhill’s Favorite BBQ” award.
