Lauderhill Police Department hosts free safety town summer camp for youth

The Lauderhill Police Department will host the Safety Town Summer Camp, a free youth program designed for children aged 7 to 12 next month.
The camp will run from June 17 to June 21, 2024, from 9 AM to 3 PM at West Ken Lark Park, located at 1321 NW 33rd Ave, Lauderhill, FL 33311.
This five-day summer camp promises a blend of fun and educational activities focusing on various safety topics. Participants will learn about pedestrian safety, water safety, animal safety, storm safety, and stranger danger, ensuring they are well-equipped with essential safety knowledge.
The summer camp is free of cost and the registration deadline is June 5th.
