Produced by Jamaican producer Dane Ray, "Lockdown" became the fastest track by a Jamaican reggae artiste to surpass a million views on YouTube in 48 hours. The video has garnered 46 million views since its July 2020 release. Koffee also made history in January 2020 when she became the youngest artist and first woman to win the Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album for her EP Rapture.
