Fresh off their recent GRAMMY win for Best Reggae Album, Julian Marley and renowned producer Antaeus have premiered a captivating music video for their latest single, "Made For Your Love," courtesy of Monom Records. 

Showcasing infectious Dancehall vibes, the track stands out as a highlight from their acclaimed album, Colors of Royal. 

Helmed by visionary filmmaker IceyJace, the video effortlessly captures the essence of the song, pulsating with vibrant imagery and infectious rhythms set against the picturesque backdrop of Miami Beach, Florida.

A harmonious blend of rhythms and romance

Infused with a sultry rhythm guitar and infectious dancehall beats, “Made For Your Love” is a melodic tapestry woven with romantic lyrics that evoke feelings of intimacy and connection.

Lines such as “Your love was made for my love, your feel was made for my touch” beautifully encapsulate the passionate attraction and harmony shared between partners. 

Notably, the track has quickly emerged as the album’s fastest-growing hit, garnering widespread acclaim from audiences worldwide.

The artistic journey of “Colors of Royal”

Julian Marley shares insights into the creative process behind the album, stating, “ ‘Made For Your Love’ and the rest of the album is all about artistic freedom and exploration,” says Julian.

“We wanted to create something that was both true to reggae music and also pushed the envelope, and I think we’ve achieved that with ‘Colors of Royal.’ It’s a journey through sound and color.”

Echoing Marley’s sentiments, Antaeus reflects on the collaborative effort, remarking, “This project has been about Julian’s immense talent, meeting a fresh production. We brought Julian into new musical territories, incorporating Reggae, Dancehall, Reggaeton, and Afrobeats, and it paid off. We worked hard, we explored fresh approaches to Reggae, and we were rewarded with a Grammy nomination.”

Born in London, England, Julian “JuJu” Marley carries on the illustrious musical legacy of his legendary father, Bob Marley, infusing his unique style and vision into the reggae genre.

A multi-talented musician, singer-songwriter, producer, and humanitarian, Marley’s upbringing in a musical environment paved the way for his journey as a skilled, self-taught musician proficient in bass, drums, guitar, and keyboards.

Antaeus, a Grammy-winning music producer and record label owner, brings his wealth of experience and expertise to the project. 

With a background in Music Business and a penchant for blending traditional instruments with electronica, Antaeus has garnered global acclaim for his innovative soundscapes, earning gold and platinum records for his contributions to artists spanning various genres.
