Many are looking forward to the University of the West Indies (UWI) Mona Carnival in Jamaica which is scheduled for March 16 to 19 under the theme ‘The Ethereal Experience.’
UWI Guild Vice-President for Services and Special Projects Jhe'Vonte Webster said that the theme refers to an experience that is out of this world and has never been seen before.

Webster said there is an anticipation of a massive turnout since UWI Mona Carnival would be making its return for over three years.
