The move was announced by the club in a social media post on Friday, confirming that the 21-year-old winger had joined from English side Charlton Athletic.
"He arrives in Novi Pazar from the English club Charlton Athletic and has also played for Crawley Town FC. In his club career so far, Dixon has made 42 appearances, recording 13 goals and three assists. His efficiency in the Premier League Cup stands out in particular; he scored six goals in just five matches," the club said.
"His trademarks are a lightning-fast first step, one-on-one ability, and the courage to constantly attack the opposing defence."
Dixon joined Charlton Athletic in 2024 from Jamaican club Arnett Gardens and spent part of last season on loan at Crawley Town, where he gained first-team experience.
A regular with Jamaica's senior men's national team, Dixon has earned 24 caps and scored three goals. He was also part of the Reggae Boyz squad at the 2024 Copa América.
FK Novi Pazar are currently fifth in the Serbian SuperLiga standings as they prepare for the new season.
