Veteran Jamaican entertainment journalist and television host Winford Williams is currently receiving treatment at Cornwall Regional Hospital following a motor vehicle crash early Sunday morning in Montego Bay, St James.

The accident occurred just hours after the close of Reggae Sumfest 2025, which wrapped up its final performances at Catherine Hall around daybreak on Sunday. Preliminary reports suggest that Williams' vehicle collided with a tour bus. Two other passengers in his vehicle reportedly escaped without injury.
