Jamaica's Reggae Boyz were drawn into a competitive Group B in League A alongside regional heavyweights Honduras and Guatemala, as well as Suriname, Martinique and El Salvador.
Trinidad and Tobago will compete in Group A, where they will face Haiti, Curaçao, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. Curaçao recently qualified for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, adding further strength to the group.
The group stage will be contested during the September and October FIFA international windows. The top two teams from each group will advance to the quarterfinals.
They will be joined by the four highest-ranked League A teams — Mexico, the United States, Canada and Panama — which receive automatic berths in the quarterfinals based on their Concacaf rankings.
The quarterfinals will be played over two legs in November, with the aggregate winners advancing to the Concacaf Nations League Finals at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
