This event is designed to put the spotlight on fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being.

It will offer attendees the chance to undergo vital health checks, including BMI assessments, blood sugar screenings, and cholesterol level checks.

Participants can also indulge in invigorating fitness sessions, sample nutritious foods, enjoy a lively lunch hour concert, and have a shot at winning some fantastic giveaways.

The WOW festivities continue on Saturday, September 9th with an exciting Sweat Fest held in collaboration with the University of Technology, Jamaica. This segment of the event offers an array of activities, including a 3K Fun Walk/Run, an adventurous obstacle course, and exercise sessions.

Bringing the weekend to a close is an exclusive brunch event, by invitation only, specially organized for senior officials from both government and corporate entities. The aim of this brunch is to promote healthy eating practices within workplaces.

Caribbean Wellness Day (CWD) is part of a regional initiative aimed at combating Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), and it was initiated by the Caribbean Community as a crucial component of the Port of Spain Declaration.
