Award-winning British-Ghanaian producer Juls continues to bridge African and Caribbean music with the release of his latest single, RARRI, a vibrant collaboration featuring Jamaican artists Projexx and Valiant.

Now available across major streaming platforms, the track blends Juls’ signature Afro-Caribbean production with Projexx’s smooth melodic delivery and Valiant’s commanding deejay style, resulting in a high-energy record.

The release serves as the first official single from Junction, the forthcoming collaborative album from Juls and Projexx, slated for release later this summer. The project is expected to explore the creative connection between Jamaica and Ghana through a fusion of dancehall, Afro-fusion, and contemporary Caribbean sounds.

Speaking on the collaboration, Juls described the record as a natural meeting of musical worlds.

“This record is all about energy, movement, and bringing different sounds together naturally. Projexx and Valiant brought something special to the track from the very beginning,” he said.

Projexx echoed that sentiment, noting that authenticity was central to the creative process.

“We wanted to create something that feels exciting and fresh but still authentic to who we are. RARRI is a vibe from start to finish,” he shared.

For Valiant, whose international profile has continued to rise over the past year, the chemistry on the record was immediate.

“The chemistry on this song was instant. It’s one of those records people are going to run up loud,” he said.

Over the years, Juls has built a reputation as one of the leading producers connecting African and Caribbean sounds on the global stage. With more than one billion streams across major digital platforms, his catalogue includes collaborations with heavyweight acts such as Stormzy, Burna Boy, Wizkid, Masego, and Jamaican reggae star Lila Iké.

His work has earned widespread recognition, including 2025 MOBO Producer of the Year honours and Grammy-nominated contributions to Wizkid’s Made in Lagos.

Beyond the studio, Juls has also carved out a lane as a creative director and cultural strategist, partnering with global brands including Puma, Adidas, Hennessy, and Arsenal F.C.

For Projexx, RARRI marks another milestone in his career. As the grandson of legendary dancehall producer King Jammy and son of producer Lloyd “John John” James, he carries one of dancehall’s most influential legacies while continuing to forge a distinctly modern sound.

Known for records such as Sweat and his contribution to Wizkid’s True Love, Projexx has amassed more than 100 million streams, blending reggae, dancehall, Afrobeats, rap, and R&B.

Meanwhile, Valiant remains one of dancehall’s most in-demand young talents, continuing to expand his global reach through a string of high-profile releases and performances.

As anticipation builds for JunctionRARRI offers a preview of what listeners can expect.
