Reward for Hetmyer after initial omission
Hetmyer's inclusion marks a swift change in fortunes after the 29-year-old was originally left out of the squad because of his Major League Cricket obligations.

Greaves enters rehabilitation on the heels of an outstanding Test campaign against Sri Lanka, where he was named Player of the Series after helping guide the West Indies to a 1-0 victory.
Cricket West Indies also announced that the squad for the final two ODIs, scheduled to be played at Kensington Oval in Barbados, will be named later this week.
The West Indies and New Zealand split the opening two ODIs in the five-match series after the hosts’ convincing seven-wicket victory over New Zealand in the first game and the visitors’ five-wicket win in the second on Monday.
