Guyanese-American singer Alyssa Raghu’s run on “American Idol” has ended. The 16-year-old, Orlando-born singer, who is a sophomore at Lake Nona High School, made it to the Top 24 but she was not among the singers who advanced to the Top 14 in Monday’s episode. Judge Katy Perry had championed Raghu and praised the teen’s tone but her duet with Banners on Coldplay’s “Yellow” underwhelmed the judges on Monday’s telecast leading to her dismissal. The teen took to Twitter Tuesday to thank American Idol judges and fans.  “I will not stop,” she added. “So, so grateful this has become my life. I’m living my dream, and you guys made it possible.”
