The Urban Development Corporation (UDC) has revealed the highly anticipated lineup for the 21st staging of the UDC Fireworks Festival, set to bring the new year in with a bang on December 31st. The event will take place across three iconic locations: Ocho Rios Bay Beach in St. Ann, the Kingston Waterfront, and Harmony Beach Park in Montego Bay, under the theme Life, Love, and Harmony. The festival will feature an impressive array of Jamaica’s finest talent. Headlining the event are Chalice, Gramps Morgan, Mortimer, Joby J, Samory I, Alaine, AJ Brown, Janeel Mills, Papa Michigan, and Kevin Downswell. Gospel music lovers will also be treated to performances by HUMBLE and the Diamond Family, comprising Sista Patt, Lubert Levy, and Levys Heritage. Starting at midday, the festival will include Kiddies Villages, skills expos, and wellness lounges, creating a vibrant atmosphere for patrons of all ages. As night falls, the concert will lead into a grand midnight fireworks display enhanced by a synchronized drone show, providing a spectacular start to 2025. The event is free and open to the public at all three locations, but patrons attending in Kingston and Ocho Rios can choose an upgraded experience with exclusive food-and-drink-inclusive packages.
With its focus on life, love, and harmony, the UDC Fireworks Festival promises a memorable celebration filled with music, family, and the magic of the new year.
