Florida man drowns at Radio Beach in the Bahamas

Police in the Bahamas are investigating a drowning incident that resulted in the death of a 55-year-old man from Pensacola, Florida. 

Reports are that the incident occurred on December 27 in the Bimini Islands.

A cruise vacation takes a fatal turn

Reports are that the man, a passenger on a cruise ship, had been enjoying a swim at the popular Radio Beach, accompanied by a family member. 

The family member lost sight of the victim and later discovered him unresponsive onshore.  

It is reported that the man was administered CPR on the scene and was taken to a local clinic where he was examined by a medical doctor and pronounced dead.
